When you volunteer with Habitat for Humanity of Northern Arizona, you help working families build and maintain their homes, and their financial independence.

Habitat believes in the ethos that people need 'a hand up, not a hand out.' Our partner families are required to perform public service in exchange for our assistance, providing labor on their own homes, and service with other community organizations. Even homeowners with physical limitations make contributions of their time and material resources. By volunteering with us, you help these homeowners achieve their goals of shelter, safety, and stability.

Volunteer Projects

From Spring through Fall, Habitat for Humanity has projects nearly every weekend, right here in your community. We help many local homeowners with maintenance needs, such as yard work and house painting. We place a special emphasis on helping elderly and disabled homeowners who need assistance with aging in place.

We have opportunities for both volunteer groups and individuals, so please contact us and sign up for our Volunteer Newsletter if you would like to help your neighbors in need.
