Habitat for Humanity International

Millard and Linda Fuller founded Habitat for Humanity in 1976. Habitat for Humanity is a Christian ministry that puts the concept of "partner housing" to work. Our partner families pay off zero-interest mortgages and work "sweat equity" to further our ecumenical ministry.

Arizona Partners

We are one of thirteen Habitat for Humanity affiliates that serve diverse rural and urban communities throughout Arizona.

Equal Opportunity Housing

We are pledged to the letter and spirit of United States of America policy for achievement of equal housing opportunity. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, family status, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital status or military status.  Additionally, we respect and adhere to any municipal statutes that may exist concerning fair housing.

Equal Opportunity Employment

Habitat for Humanity of Northern Arizona is committed to fair employment practices, including the prohibition against all forms of illegal discrimination. We provide equal access and fair treatment to all associates on the basis of merit. Habitat for Humanity of Northern Arizona is committed to observing all applicable labor and employment laws for the City of Flagstaff, Coconino County, the State of Arizona, and the United States of America. That includes observing laws that pertain to freedom of association, privacy, recognition of the right to engage in collective bargaining, and those laws that pertain to the elimination of employment discrimination.
